The front end workers at Real Things Pizza are committed to making take out & delivery safe for everyone. All of us have made the choice to continue working for those who will need our services.
The following is a list of precautions we have put in place for everyones safety:
A plexi glass panel has been installed in our take out window. We ask that when you pick up your food that you stay outside until the entry way is clear of others. We also ask that anyone with any type of symptoms, or those fulfilling the 14 day quarantine, ask for
delivery.
We will continue to follow the regular food safe rules we have always followed, but have added a few extra measures. The 3GS machines will be wiped between customers and we will also be wiping the takeout counter surface and door handles regularly.
Please don’t be alarmed, but our delivery drivers will be wearing a face mask. They will be disinfecting their hands, keys, door handles, steering wheels and gear shifters regularly between deliveries.
If you do not feel comfortable with meeting the delivery driver, you can pay ahead when you order and request that the food be left on a chair by your door.
All of my employees have chosen not to travel during this time but if they do, they will have to adhere to the 14 day quarantine upon return.
We also thank everyone for their continued support. We were dismayed to hear of all our fellow restaurateurs who made the very tough decision to close their doors; a decision we have feared having to face ourselves.
Sincerely,
Rocky & LaVonne Gould
